This was my first DUI charge so I was obviously nervous and uneducated about the process. After come online research, I contacted Summit Defense and was put in contact with attorney Collin Moore. Though this was a very long 10-month process, I was kept well informed by Collin. He was always available when I needed to speak to him and was extremely patient with me. Although I was over the legal limit at the time of the sobriety test, Collin was able to reduce the charge to a dry reckless driving conviction, meaning a DUI charge was not put on my record, I served no jail time, did not have my license suspended and did not have to go to court mandated DUI classes, which can total as much as 40 hours for a wet reckless driving conviction This verdict was almost a complete victory for me. I had not heard of Summit Defense before the charge, but I am sure aware of them now. This is a first-class law firm. Collin was a professional from the start.
